In this hands-on, interactive cooking class taught by acclaimed Central Coast Chef, Nanette Smalley, students will learn to roast squab, goose and duck, prepare liver pate and Fois Gras stuffing, as well as delectable home-made dressings, all perfect for winter entertaining! When the cooking is complete, guests will sit down to enjoy the winter faire in an intimate and elegant four-course luncheon. Cost is $95 per person; CLUB 9 and CLUB 9 Onyx discounts apply.
